At the center of this work is Shanna McCarn, M.Ed., a wife, mother, and educator with more than 24 years of experience serving students and families in public education.

Shanna has spent her career as a Teacher, Administrator, and Certified Educational Diagnostician, giving her a full 360‑degree understanding of how children learn, how schools function, and how families can be supported with both truth and grace. Her heart for this work is rooted in her faith and a desire to serve others, advocate for the vulnerable, and help children grow into the fullness of who God created them to be.

Shanna’s qualifications are more than credentials — they are the result of years of walking alongside students, teachers, and families:

• Teacher: She learned firsthand how to reach struggling learners, build relationships, and create classrooms where every child feels seen and capable.

• Administrator: She gained insight into school systems, leadership, and the importance of collaboration, communication, and compliance.

• Educational Diagnostician: She developed expertise in identifying learning disabilities, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and processing needs with clarity and compassion.
