Free Initial Consultation

During your free consultation, you will receive:

• A home or virtual visit

• A review of any paperwork you already have (IEP, FIE, RTI, 504, discipline, medical, private testing, etc.)

• A proposed plan outlining next steps, timelines, and recommended services

This visit ensures you know exactly what your child needs before committing to paid advocacy support.

Advocacy Intake & Case Setup — $200 Deposit

To officially open your case, a $200 deposit is required. This covers:

• Full review of all school and private documents

• Creation of your advocacy file

• Drafting initial parent concerns or requests

• Preparation for upcoming meetings

• Scheduling and coordination with the school

Your deposit is applied toward your first block of advocacy hours.

Advocacy Services — $75/hour

Once your case is open, advocacy support is billed at $75/hour, including:

• Attendance at ARD/IEP, 504, RTI, and parent meetings

• Drafting letters, parent requests, and documentation

• Reviewing new school documents

• Communication with parents (calls, emails, texts)

• Meeting preparation and strategy

• Collaboration with private providers

• Ongoing guidance and support throughout the process

You receive clear, itemized invoices with no surprise fees.

Optional Add‑On Services

• Comprehensive IEP Review & Rewrite Recommendations — $150

• Meeting Prep Packet (questions, scripts, red flags) — $75
